Ariana Grande wants to release attachment to eternal sunshine at some point

While Ariana Grande has made it clear that she plans to focus on acting for the foreseeable future, she apparently has something up her sleeve that she might release to hold fans over until she can turn her attention back to music.

Speaking to Access Hollywood, Ariana said that new music is “not something I’m thinking about right now,” but she added, “There’s something that I made last year that will come out eventually. It’s an attachment of eternal sunshine. So that does exist and that will be coming out at some point.”

It’s not clear what Ari means by “attachment.” She’s already released the “Slightly Deluxe” version of the album with four additional tracks, including collabs with Mariah Carey and Troye Sivan. The album spent two weeks at #1 on the Billboard 200 album chart and spun off two #1 hits: “yes, and?” and “we can’t be friends.”

Ariana didn’t win at the Golden Globes on Sunday night for her role as Glinda in Wicked, but she did earn praise for her pale yellow gown with a beaded bodice — a vintage Givenchy look from 1966. According to Variety, she chose it because it echoes the “yellow brick road” from The Wizard of Oz.  She told the publication, “It’s one of Glinda’s favorite colors.”
