John the Maddog started his career several decades ago in the early 70s and got a break at Nashville's #1 WMAK.  John later did mornings US107 in Nashville, as well as at stations in Huntsville and Birmingham, and Atlanta.  John published a children's book "The Littlest Firefire", under the name Jon Edd Wynn (Maddog needed a softer pen name).  John loves writing, playing guitar and getting up at 4 am (one of these 3 things is a lie).  Maui is the best place on Earth and John says he's "died and gone to 'Island Radio Heaven.'"
